Disclaimer: Never delete the app from your iPad if you know that you are missing entries. You will lose all stored data.
By default, all your service’s guest entries are stored within the app on each iPad that is used for Expression Guest Registry™. These offline entries are stored for 60 days unless the app had been previously deleted. If at any point you are missing entries after pushing the refresh button, you will need to upload these to our server.
**You should always try to use the refresh button to push guest entries first before using this feature**
1) On the service selection screen, press the up arrow in the top right corner of the screen. Depending on the version of app you are on, you will be presented with different options.
2) App Version 3+ there will be a date selection range option. Select the days between when the service occurred, and press upload. You should receive a Success message once uploaded.

2) App version 2.5. Type in your password and all entries stored will be upload. A success message will appear.
3) Processing of these offline entries will normally take at most an hour, but depending on server availability, it could take up to 24 hours.
