Expression: View, Edit, Add and Delete Guest Entries

A good habit to get into is reviewing the guest entries after each service. Search and correct any blatant errors, incorrect capitalization or known missing information. Correcting the errant information will make the registry book look clean and professional. Though you will probably never catch all the errors, you will catch the worst ones.

Viewing Entries

On the services Entries button, click the down arrow Screen Shot 2013-11-11 at 1.50.02 PM, and select View Entries.

Screen Shot 2013-11-11 at 1.52.09 PM Opens the add new entry screen. There you will enter the guest’s information to the register.
Screen Shot 2013-11-11 at 1.54.20 PM Opens the edit entry screen to edit that entry. You will be able to edit all information including name, address, email address and phone number.
Screen Shot 2013-11-11 at 1.54.27 PM Deletes the guest entry from the register.  A confirmation box pops up confirming your action before it is deleted.

Add new or edit existing entry

1) Click Add New to create a new entry or click Edit next to the entry you would like to edit.

2) Fill in or correct any fields that apply to the guest. Note: The name field is the only required field.

3) At the bottom of the screen, click Add/Save or Cancel.

Delete Entry

You will want to be very cautious when deleting entries because this action is irreversible.

In the row of the entry you would like to delete, Click the Delete button.

Confirm the deletion and the entry is now removed from the register.
