Click the Printer icon. Alternatively, you can use file menu > Print
In the lower left corner, click Print using system dialog…
In the Print screen, click on the Paper Size drop-down menu. At the bottom of the list, select Manage Custom Sizes.
In the Custom Paper Sizes window, click the + sign to create a new custom paper size. It will create a new paper size labeled “Untitled”. Make sure “Untitled” is selected from the left hand menu and enter the approximate width and height of your paper. Leave the “Non-Printable Area” set to “User Defined”.
In the left hand list, rename the paper size by double clicking “Untitled” and the text will become editable. Name it something that describes the page size, like the dimensions, i.e. 6.5 x 9.375.
